Troubleshooting
If you are unable to find a solution here then please contact our customer service team -
The call does not connect:
Make sure that you are online (on the internet).
• Are you using a valid 9 digit PIN?
• Do you have enough credit on your PIN to make the call?
• Are you dialling the correct number?
• Are you dialling the number in the correct format - as an international number? country
code + area code (with no 0 in front of it) + destination no. E.g. 44 7940 509294
Neither party can hear anything or you cannot hear each other clearly:
Are your microphone & speakers (headset/handset) plugged into the soundcard of your PC?
Do NOT plug them into the modem or anywhere else.
• Are your PC sound settings set to mute?
• Use the audio controls in the dialer window to make sure that your microphone and
speaker volume are not set too low.
