What Equipment do I need?
In order to make a PC to Phone Call you will need a PC with these
specifications or better:
System Requirements:
• Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP or NT.
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or later
• 166MHz Intel or AMD processor (200 MHz with any other pentium-compatible
CPU),
• 5 Megabytes available RAM
• 5 Megabytes available disk space
• Microphone & Speakers (or headset/handset for better
sound quality)
• SVGA display card with 256 colours (16-bit colour recommended)
• Internet connection: dial-up/ cable/ ISDN/ ADSL
• 33.6 kbps modem for dial-up.
Settings:
• Please ensure that your microphone and speakers (headset/handset)
are plugged into the
sound card at the back of the PC.
• Ensure that you are not behind a firewall. Home users will
not usually have a firewall
problem unless your ISP uses a firewall.
Please check with your ISP or your network
administrator to be removed
from behind a firewall.

How Does it Work?
Does the service work on Dial Up / Cable Modem / ADSL / ISDN?
Our service works on most internet connections. As long as you are
connected to the internet at 33.6Kbit or above you should be able
to use our service.
Does your service work from anywhere in the world?
Yes it does, unless your local ISP or government blocks internet
telephony.
Does the person I'm calling need to have your service?
No, they do not as you are calling an ordinary landline or mobile
telephone.
Does your service work with Macintosh/Linux?
Our dialer only works with Windows Operating Systems: 98, ME, 2000,
NT and XP.
How good is the voice quality?
Try a demo call - just click on the "?" button on the
dialer and select "demo call".
If you are able to hear the recorded services then your system is
compatible with our PC2Phone service.

Can I try before I buy?
Do you want to test the quality of a PC to phone call before you
buy a PIN?
Just download the Dialer, click on file, then Audio settings & go through the steps. If the test is successful, you should get good quality voice calls.

How can I get a PIN?
In some countries these are available on the back of a pre-paid
calling card.
In other countries our local distributor will issue PINs in other
formats.
You can obtain a Call3net PIN directly from us or through a reseller.
To find a reseller near you or to become a reseller please fill
in the request form.
How to order
Please fill in the request form. We shall email you with the account
& payment information you need.
I don't have a credit card
We can only sell directly to you (by email ) if you have an international credit or debit card such as Visa, Mastercard...etc. We also accept payment by paypal.
However, we do have resellers in many countries that can accept other forms of payment.
If you would like to find your local reseller then please fill in the requested form & we shall email you with the address of your nearest reseller.
How do I receive the calling account?
You will receive your calling account information by email and it can take up to 24 hours to process your order. You can start making calls as soon as you receive your calling account information.
How long does it take to process my order?
It can take up to 24 hours to process your order.
What is the minimum order?
The lowest value of Prepaid Calling Accounts is US $2.00 . If you order by email, the lowest order amount is $10.00
How do I recharge my Call3net account?
Currently we do not offer a recharge facility. You need to order a new calling account.
However you will be able to see how many minutes you have left on your current calling account whenever you make a call and you will also be able to check funds on your account at any time.
If you need more minutes then please just order a new calling account.
How long is the Prepaid Calling Account valid for?
Your calling account will be valid for 60 days from first use.

How do I make a Call?
1 Obtain a PIN from your nearest reseller.
2 Click on “File” then account settings.
3 Enter your Account & PIN information.
4 Dial the phone number you wish to call by entering the country code in the left field,
alternatively select the country from the pull down menu.
5. Enter the area code and number in the right hand field.
6 Click the Dial button.
7 Speak into your microphone or handset - say "hello" you're in a real time live phone call

2 The software has an auto-installer and should install by itself.
3 Your PC will need to meet the minimum requirements.

What will my call
cost?
How is my calling account billed?
• All PC to Phone calls are charged in US$ per minute.
• Your call is charged on the basis of where you call TO not where you call FROM E.g. Calling
the USA from ANYWHERE you pay US$0.025/min. = 2.5 cents per minute.
• You are automatically billed in one-minute increments for the duration of the call (this
means a call of 60 seconds is charged as 1 minute BUT a call of 65 seconds is charged as 2
minutes).
• There is NO connection charge
• NO monthly service charge.
• There are NO hidden charges.
• You pay only for the minutes that you use.
How will I know how much money I have left?
When you enter your Account & PIN on the dialer and dial your destination number it will show you how much time you have left to make your call on the basis of how much money you have.

• The rates listed on our website are the latest and most
accurate - they are the rates you
will be charged.
• The rates will vary from time to time as we obtain even
cheaper international calls for you.

Troubleshooting
If you are unable to find a solution here then please contact our
customer service team -
The call does not connect:
Make sure that you are online (on the internet).
• Are you using a valid Zahrancall.com 12 digit PIN?
• Do you have enough credit on your PIN to make the call?
• Are you dialling the correct number?
• Are you dialling the number in the correct format - as an
international number? country
code + area code (with no 0 in front
of it) + destination no. E.g. 44 7940 509294
Neither party can hear anything or you cannot hear each
other clearly:
Are your microphone & speakers (headset/handset) plugged into
the soundcard at the back of your PC?
Do NOT plug them into the modem or anywhere else.
• Are your PC sound settings set to mute? "Single Click"
the yellow speaker symbol in your
system tray at the bottom left
of your screen and uncheck the "mute" setting.
• Is your dialer set to mute? Make sure the mute button is
not depressed.
• Use the audio controls in the dialler window to make sure
that your microphone and
speaker volume are not set too low.
